The following positions, as described in the ACMS Constitution (2006) and the ACMS Business Handbook (2006), were filled according to the election process set out in the ACMS Constitution.  The persons named will be incumbent until ACMS elections are next held at Parliament in 2022, unless an individual resigns or is otherwise removed from his or her position following procedures also set out in the ACMS Constitution.

The ACMS Constitution also states that at Parliament a non-voting ex officio Honorary Vice-President can be appointed.  This individual should have made an outstanding contribution to the Clan over a period of time, and is appointed using the same procedure as for the election of Council members.  Ruari Halford-MacLeod, whose contributions to the Clan have extended over forty years, was nominated and appointed to this office during Parliament.  This appointment is for life, although he may resign at his own wish.
